Divorced twice and with excellent relationships with my two ex-wives. Two children and three angelic grandchildren. I lived 50 years in Madrid in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood until that city mutated into a branch of hell and I came to Santander where my origins are and where I hope to end up.
Although I like exotic and distant places, I don’t travel much because of laziness or fear. Eight years in the bookstore of the Reina Sofia Center and another eight in a foundation dedicated to art fairs. Simultaneously I have collaborated weekly in a national newspaper dedicating my texts to two subjects: sport and luxury sailboats and espionage matters and the literature that arises from them.
I don’t drink alcohol, I rather hate it because of the theatrics that arise around its ingestion, but I have smoked tobacco since I was 14 years old. Less and less. But I still smoke unfortunately. I swim every day, winter and summer, in an indoor swimming pool since I was 20 years old. It is the best therapy to talk to oneself.
I have my own opinions in politics or social life but I am very careful with whom I share them. Better quiet and listening than arguing. I think I am a good reader.
