I was born in nineteen forty-three in Valladolid – the world was at war, and although Spain declared itself neutral, some of us were born warriors. Many years, many lives, many different situations. After finishing high school, I began my working life as a clerk in a car factory, where I met the man who became my husband and father of my five children. When my third daughter was born, I left him and dedicated myself to raising, enjoying and learning to be a mother. When my youngest was six years old and my oldest fourteen, I enrolled in the Faculty of Education and became a teacher of E.G.B. I was already divorced and I had to make my way with them, my first teachers of life. In this relationship with my fellow students, I continued to learn with young people as I now hope to continue with you. Thank you for giving me this opportunity
